Leaf Chief plants are grown in a coco perlite medium with a precise and balanced nutrient regiment consisting predominantly of organics with synthetic supplementation together with CO2 supplementation. Our plants are pruned for optimal ‘top growth.’ Our top growth pruning method allows the plants to focus their energy on a few buds that are closest to the light. The buds we produce have the highest density and terpene profile and receive a higher concentration of trace minerals. This approach also allows air to flow evenly throughout the grow room and alleviates the plants from the strain of excessive weight. When ready for harvest, they get a hand-trimmed finish for quality control.

Pest Control
At Leaf Chief we use an integrated pest management program (IPM) to keep our garden free from pests, our regime consists of natural pesticides and beneficial predatory bugs. We may in rotation or on occasion utilize the following in our IPM.

*Pure Crop1 is an insecticide, fungicide, biostimulant and surfactant used to increase plant health, eliminate pests, and control mold and mildew.
